Compact design with a glass ampoule that has a 6.8mm internal diameter, 0.2 – 0.3mm wall thickness, and 40mm length.
Each ampoule contains 0.6 ml of fuchsia/red colored culture medium and 106 Bacillus subtilis DSM 5230 ATCC 35021 spores.
Incubation conditions: 48 hours (maximum) between 35 – 39 °C.
Culture medium changes to yellow as a sign of spore growth.
D-Value is calculated at 115 °C and at 121°C, while Z-Value is informed.
