The BIONOVA® Self Contained Biological Indicator, specifically designed for ultra-rapid readout via a fluorescence system. With Bacillus atrophaeus (ATCC 9372) in a population of 10^6, it adheres to the regulations IRAM 37102-1:1999, IRAM 37102-3:1999, ISO 11138-1:2006, and ISO 11138-3:2006. The recommended exposure conditions are 20 minutes at 60ºC.
